How do I join the Rewards Scheme?
Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you don't have one, create a store account to join today.
How do I earn points?
Make a Purchase and points are automatically added.
Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend (excluding any shipping fees & taxes).
How do I use my rewards?
Rewards are issued as coupon codes / vouchers that can be applied on the payment page during checkout.
These coupons cannot be used for Flash Sale Orders and are valid only for Normal Orders outside of Flash Sales (only one coupon code per order).
How do I check my balance and redeem rewards?
Log in to your store account and go to the "Use Points" page which can be accessed through the Rewards Widget located at the bottom left corner of the store. (Note this button is only viewable on desktop computers and not mobile devices due to the screen area it can take up)
