This silver-plated holder has been lovingly designed as a decoration you can display in your home. The tube to hold the birth certificate is engraved on the front side with the words "BIRTH CERTIFICATE. " Above the word "BIRTH" is an engraved illustration of a teddy bear with trumpet, as well as a leafy vine design. Below the word "CERTIFICATE" is an engraved illustration of a stork with a baby bundle, as well as a tiny banner and a scroll design. One end of the tube twists open.
